As we reflect on the years between 2008 and 2022, the Mekdela Kids Project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, proudly celebrates the achievements of its young beneficiaries. Among the success stories, six remarkable children have already graduated, marking significant milestones in their lives.

Dereje - Thanks to the support from Casa Con Foundation, Dereje graduated in Building Construction in 2021. His success is a testament to the impact of targeted assistance in empowering young individuals to pursue their dreams.

Haymanot - Despite hailing from a broken family, Haymanot emerged as a shining light within the Mekdela Kids group. She graduated in Management in 2021, and her journey was complemented by an English course, broadening her horizons for future success.

Melkamu - With anticipation, we look forward to Melkamu's graduation scheduled for the end of 2023. His journey is a testament to the ongoing commitment to providing opportunities for a better future.

While celebrating these successes, we acknowledge the challenges faced and the unfortunate losses along the way. The journey has not been easy, and we remain steadfast in our mission to support the remaining six children currently in school. Unfortunately, due to a lack of donors in 2022, financial support had to be paused. Now, we are actively seeking donors to help us continue this crucial mission.
Our promise is to ensure that every donated penny goes directly to supporting these children. We guarantee transparency in our contributions and invite you to join us in this life-changing journey.
